Due to the hygienic nature of our products we do not accept any returns. All sales are final, however, in the unlikely even that you receive the wrong or otherwise defective item(s) we will replace it within 7 days of the delivery date. We provide exceptional photos of our lashes and all lashes are thoroughly inspected before being placed into our inventory and being shipped out to you. If you feel that you may have received a wrong or defective item please send us an email to returns@DivineLashCo.com.
We also inform you that the Divine Lash Co. Return & Exchange Policy is up for revision as the company sees fit and we will attempt to resolve any concerns with good faith to ensure you are satisfied not only with your purchase but customer service.
