Due to the fact that we provide exceptional photos of our lashes and all lashes are thoroughly inspected before being placed into our inventory and being shipped out to you, we do not accept returns, all sales are final however, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective and or wrong product, returns requested within 14 days of the delivery date will be eligible for store credit. All that is required is that the defective product is returned with the invoice in it's original condition & packaging unused with all seals intact, otherwise the item will not be eligible for an exchange. Sale items are also ineligible for an exchange. DO NOTship any items to the return address on your parcel, and or invoice as this will delay the return process significantly. We also inform you that the Divine Lash Co.
